1966Heroic did what was expected. The top-15 team rolled through Chinggis Warriors 13–7 in their opening Swiss round match at the BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025. While the Mongolian squad put up a respectable 7 rounds, the result was never really in doubt.

The match was played on Anubis. Heroic led 7–5 on the T side and closed the second half flawlessly, winning eight rounds straight to secure the map. Chinggis Warriors couldn’t convert a single round on their attack.
Linus “LNZ” Holtäng was voted MVP after finishing with 16 kills, 98 ADR, and 85% KAST. SunPayus and tN1R both had strong showings as well. One of the cleanest moments came from SunPayus in round 4, winning a sharp 1v2 post-plant clutch that swung early momentum in Heroic’s favor. Heroic now look like one of the clearest contenders to go 3–0 in Stage 1, while Chinggis Warriors may be headed for a quick 0–3 exit.
