After winning the Esports World Cup 2024, Natus Vincere made a spectacular debut with a decisive victory over the German team BIG at the BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024. We invite you to review the results of the match from the yellow-and-black squad.

Results of the Natus Vincere vs BIG Match in BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2024

1. BIG removed Nuke

2. Natus Vincere removed Vertigo

3. BIG picked Dust2 (Natus Vincere 13:7 BIG)

4. Natus Vincere picked Mirage (Natus Vincere 13:3 BIG)

5. BIG removed Inferno

6. Natus Vincere removed Anubis

7. Ancient was left over

Dust2

On the first map of the match, Natus Vincere showcased a strong start by winning the first four rounds. This allowed them to secure the first half on the defensive side with a score of 8-4. After the sides switched, Aleksib and his team won the pistol round but lost the subsequent round. Despite a brief winning streak from BIG, it did not affect the outcome of the first map, and NaVi confidently won their opponent's pick.

Mirage

The second map was even more one-sided, as the yellow-and-black squad displayed total dominance on the attack, winning the first half 9-3. After switching sides, the German team BIG was unable to win a single round on the attack and suffered their first loss of the tournament.

Additionally, after the victory over BIG, NaVi player Justinas "jL" Lekavičius mentioned in a post-match interview that this tournament is not their primary focus. They are using it to address their mistakes before IEM Cologne 2024, which is a more important event for them.

Natus Vincere's next opponent will be the winner of the Team Liquid and Virtus.pro match. BIG will play against the loser of that match. These matches will take place on August 1st at 18:00 and 20:30 EEST, respectively.
