The Outsiders team outplayed OG with a score of 2:0, thanks to which they reached the final of the lower bracket of group B at IEM Katowice 2023. Here, dastan's wards will meet with the winner of the fnatic match - Complexity Gaming. In turn, OG leaves the tournament, not without the help of the disease flameZ, who missed the last day of the group stage.

The starting meeting of the last day of the group stage started on the Inferno map, which became the choice of OG. At the same time, the European team, despite the forced game with the ruggah coach, showed an excellent start and imposed a struggle. Nevertheless, the Outsiders managed to get into the game to get a two-fold advantage before switching sides - 10:5. In the second half, OG actually disappeared from the radar, while the Outsiders players took advantage of all the opponent's problems and brought the matter to a victorious end — 16:7.

Next, the teams moved to the Overpass map, which turned out to be the choice of the Outsiders. Here the European team again won the starting segment, making the opponent nervous. However, dastan's wards showed not the most confident attack, with which they managed to take only six rounds - 9:6. However, after switching sides, the Outsiders quickly found their game and gave a long streak to secure the final victory and knock OG out of the championship — 16:12.

IEM Katowice 2023 takes place from 1 to 12 February in Katowice at the Spodek Arena. As part of the championship, 24 teams from the CIS, Europe, North and Latin America, Asia and Oceania are fighting for a total prize pool of $1,000,000, as well as a ticket to IEM Cologne 2023 for the winner.
