Astralis wins CCT North Europe Series 3

CCT North Europe Series 3 has ended. As part of the championship, which was held online from January 25 to February 7, 24 teams from Europe, the CIS, North America and Latin America competed for a total prize pool of $50,000, as well as rating points. The winner of the tournament was the Danish team Astralis , which in the tense grand final was stronger than Aurora Gaming with a score of 2:1 (Ancient - 16:8; Mirage - 9:16; Nuke - 19:15).

The championship for the team started straight from the playoffs, where he was invited by the organizers. Here, the wards of casle first outplayed EYEBALLERS (2:1), and then dealt with 9INE (2:0) and made it to the semifinals. Then the team was able to beat Copenhagen Flames (2:0), earning a ticket to the grand final.

In the final match of the competition, Astralis proved to be stronger than Aurora Gaming (2:1), due to which it became the winner of CCT North Europe Series 3 and earned $22,000.

dev1ce was recognized as the best player of the event - the sniper of the Danish team completed his performances with a final rating of 1.29.
