Team OG won over MOUZ with a score of 2:1 in the quarter-finals of group B at IEM Katowice 2023. Now the wards of ruggah will face the winner of the match Heroic - Complexity Gaming. In turn, the MOUZ team went to the lower bracket of the group stage, where they will get another chance to get into the playoffs.

One of the final meetings of the first gaming day started on the Inferno map, which became the choice of the OG team. At the same time, the "hosts" managed to seize the initiative and win back the starting rounds with the first number. But in the middle, the "mouse" joined the game to seize the initiative and close the half with a comfortable advantage - 9:6. After the side switch, OG failed to return to the server, while MOUZ played confidently in the attack and naturally took the lead — 16:9.

The teams then moved to the Overpass map, which became the choice of MOUZ. Here, the “mice” continued to stick to their line, demonstrating a confident attack. Nevertheless, ruggah's wards managed to pull themselves together to take a series of rounds and close the half with a minimum gap - 8:7. After the side switch, a real struggle unfolded, as MOUZ first took the lead, but then began to give up the initiative. This gift was used by OG players, who were able to put the squeeze on the opponent and transferred the series to the destroyer — 16:13.

Everything was decided on the Mirage map, where the "mice" began to correct themselves for failures at their peak. However, towards the end of the first half, OG managed to pull the blanket over themselves in order to significantly reduce the gap - 9:6. After switching sides, OG was able to flip the game several times in order to catch up with the opponent and take the map to overtimes. Nevertheless, here MOUZ continued to give the opponent chances, which OG took advantage of for an impressive victory — 22:19.
