MOUZ and Team Spirit get wins at the start of IEM Rio 2022 Legends Stage
The teams MOUZ and Team Spirit got their first wins in the Legends stage at IEM Rio Major 2022. According to the results of the first round, they managed to outplay Team Liquid (16:2) and Bad News Eagles (16:8), respectively. Now the teams have to prepare for the next round, which will take place in a few hours.

The starting duel of the Legends stage took place on the Ancient map. But if the starting segment was left for the "dragons", then the two won force-rounds were returned to the Bad News Eagles game. As a result, the Kosovars got a minimal victory in the first half and went to prepare their defense - 8:7. A parallel meeting took place on the Inferno map. However, here the spectators did not see any struggle, because the "mice" very quickly seized the initiative on the server and immediately approached the rout - 13:2. After the change of sides, the North American team was no longer able to get involved in the fight, just as MOUZ reached the first victory in the “legends” without any problems — 16:2.
IEM Rio Major 2022 takes place from October 31 to November 13 in Brazil at the Jeunesse Arena and at the Riocentro convention center. As part of the championship, 24 teams from the CIS, Europe, North and South America, and Asia are fighting for a total prize pool of $1,250,000, ranking points in the BLAST Premier table, as well as tickets to BLAST Premier: World Final 2022 and IEM Katowice 2023 for the winner.
