BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2022 Americas has come to an end. As part of the championship, which was held online from October 19 to 23, eight teams from Australia, North and South America fought for a total prize pool of $67,500, rating points, and a ticket to BLAST Premier: Fall Finals 2022. The Brazilian team became the winner of the event. the Fluxo team, which in the grand final was stronger than its compatriots from MIBR with a score of 2:1 (Dust II - 16:12; Vertigo - 5:16; Nuke - 16:13).

The championship for the future winner began with an unexpected victory over Evil Geniuses (2:1). In the semi-finals, the Brazilian team again played beyond praise, having managed to deal with 00NATION (2:0).

In the grand final, which started on the Dust 2 map, the team immediately seized the initiative, managing to close their own pick and take the lead in the series — 16:12. Afterwards, the teams moved to the Vertigo map, where MIBR players dictated their terms, who were able to quickly return the intrigue to the series and switch the match to the destroyer. On the decisive map of Nuke, the Fluxo team still managed to show good defense, thanks to which they became the champion of BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2022 Americas — 16:13.

  • 1st place: Fluxo — $20,000 + 1,600 points + ticket to BLAST Premier: Fall Finals 2022

  • 5th-8th place: Complexity, LOS + oNe, Evil Geniuses and VERTEX ESC - $5,000 + 150 points
