Team 00NATION lost to Team Liquid 1:2 and left IEM Cologne 2022, finishing 13th-16th and earning $10,000. In turn, the North American team will continue to play in the lower bracket of group B, where they will play with the loser of the match Cloud9 — Astralis.

The duel between Team Liquid and 00NATION started on the Overpass map, which became the choice of the Brazilian team. However, the North Americans from the start showed a desire to win, closing the first half with a score of 11:4. It seemed that after a successful start after the change of sides, Team Liquid would be able to bring the matter to victory. However, the Brazilian team managed to wake up and take the map to overtime. Here 00NATION did not let go, having managed to get a strong-willed victory at its own peak - 25:22.

The teams then moved to the Mirage map, which became the choice of Team Liquid. This time the first half went in an equal fight, albeit with a minimal advantage in favor of the North American team. After switching sides, the teams failed to determine the strongest, once again moving to overtime. And yet here Team Liquid managed to get their own, equalizing the score in the series — 19:16.

Everything was decided on the map Ancient, the first half of which ended with a twofold advantage in favor of the North American team. However, after the side switch, the 00NATION players could not return, while Team Liquid quickly reached the required number of rounds, knocking out the opponent from the championship — 16:8.

Note that a little earlier, the Outsiders team lost to FURIA with a score of 0:2 and left IEM Cologne 2022.

IEM Cologne 2022 takes place from 5 to 17 July in Germany at the Hyatt Regency Cologne and LANXESS arena venues. As part of the championship, 24 teams from Europe, the CIS, Oceania, China, North and South America are fighting for a prize pool of $1,000,000, as well as rating points in the BLAST Premier table.
