oSee on YEKINDAR: "Now I understand why he is considered one of the best in the world"

oSee, who is Team Liquid 's sniper, shared his opinion about the team's stand-in during IEM Cologne 2022. In a conversation with journalists from the HLTV portal, the 23-year-old American also expressed his hope that YEKINDAR will remain in Team Liquid on a permanent basis.

He is very smart, mechanically gifted and gives good advice in the middle rounds. Marex also brought some elements of what Outsiders did to our game. YEKINDAR is always very good at analyzing opponents as the game progresses and insists on counting the number of smoke grenades they have left and acting on that. Previously, we in Team Liquid did not do this.

YEKINDAR is generally very good at macro play. He understands the location of opponents by the grenades they throw and by the sections of the map they push. This guy thinks fast. Now I understand why he is considered one of the best in the world. He is always training and honestly motivates me to put in a lot more effort to get to the same level. If YEKINDAR moves to Team Liquid, he will try to make the team the best in the world. For now, it's just a stand-in, but we'll see what happens in the end.
