The BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2022 has come to an end. As part of the championship, which was held from June 15 to 19 in Lisbon at the Altice Arena, the eight best teams of the spring season from Europe and North America fought for a prize pool of $425,000, ranking points in the BLAST table Premier, as well as a ticket to BLAST Premier: World Final 2022. The winner of the tournament was the NaVi team, which defeated Vitality with a score of 2:0 in the grand final (Mirage - 16:8; Overpass - 16:5).

The tournament for the future winner began with an unexpected defeat from OG (1:2), after which NAVI hung in the balance from relegation. However, the team managed to pull together and outplay BIG (2:0) to get into the playoffs. Here, "Born to Win" first beat FaZe Clan (2:0), and then took revenge on OG (2:1), thus making it to the grand final.
