Magisk: "We have stopped progressing for the last month and a half"
/Magisk, who is a Vitality player, in an interview with representatives of the HLTV portal spoke about the current conditions of the team. During the conversation, the 24-year-old Dane also acknowledged Vitality's problems, but expressed hope for the team's performance to improve in the future.
We have to be honest - we don't have the best communication right now. She is definitely not at the desired level, and perhaps even a little below the level of the top team. We are aware of this, but we want to be the best we can and win right now. Therefore, we ask the French to switch to their language, if possible. This is the meaning we put into the phrase "go French" when we pronounce it in the game.
If it gives us more chances to win, then we will use it. We need to work on our English communication to make it more fluent. Of course, this takes time.
We have stopped progressing for the last month and a half. We developed little by little, I think that this is a natural process - after the formation of the team, the players actively develop, because they are motivated. It's not that we've lost our motivation. It's just morally hard to be disappointed again and again when you know exactly how strong you can be together, and what potential you have, but do not prove it in practice.
I have been saying for a long time that one good result is enough for us to begin to reveal our potential. This is a good step in the right direction. I will not say that in the next few tournaments we will win everything. This is not true. But I think sometimes you need a few wins in order to overcome stagnation and continue to grow as a team. I think we got it today.
