FaZe Clan vs. Team Spirit: who will be the first Grand Finalist of the Major?

In a few hours, the first semi-final of PGL Major Antwerp 2022 will begin, in which FaZe Clan and Team Spirit will meet. Who would have thought a month ago that the Dragons, having barely beaten Anonymo in the last round of the RMR tournament, would go so far in the Major itself. Well, on the other side, the FaZe Clan team, which is still the leader of the world ranking, is rightfully the favorite of the championship.

Team Spirit no longer needs to be introduced, as the team managed to defeat Astralis, Heroic and FURIA (twice) at this tournament. In turn, FaZe Clan managed to stumble in the first round of the competition, losing to the ENCE team on the Mirage map.

Note that the teams have not met since the last Major, when FaZe Clan won the BO1. And yet we must not forget that during these six months the teams managed to change lineups.

As for this confrontation, we will definitely not see Vertigo and Inferno. At the same time, the Russian team has a good selection of maps, including Ancient, Nuke, and Dust 2. In turn, FaZe Clan will still have to rack their brains in order to precisely prepare for the opponent's game.

You can find a detailed analysis of this meeting in our video.
