Sprout qualified for IEM Cologne 2022 Play-In

The Sprout team has qualified for the IEM Cologne 2022 Play-In. According to the results of ESL Meisterschaft Spring 2022, the Danish-German team took first place, thanks to which they staked out the right to play at the upcoming major championship from ESL in Germany.

The tournament for the future winner began with a confident performance in the group stage, during which Sprout got 18 wins and suffered two losses.

Having made it to the playoffs, the Danish-German team defeated No Limit Gaming (2:0), thus making it to the grand final. In the decisive match, the team defeated cowana Gaming (2:0), thanks to which they earned a solid prize pool, as well as a slot at IEM Cologne 2022 Play-In.

  • 1st place: Sprout — €10,200 + slot at IEM Cologne 2022 Play-In + slot at ESL Meisterschaft Autumn 2022.
  • 2nd place: cowana Gaming — €6,300 + slot for ESL Pro League Conference Season 16 + slot for ESL Meisterschaft Autumn 2022.
  • 3rd place: No Limit Gaming — €5,200 + slot at ESL Meisterschaft Autumn 2022.
  • 4th place: BIG Academy — €3,900 + slot for ESL Meisterschaft Autumn 2022.
  • 5th-6th place: Sissi State Punks and ALTERNATE aTTaX — €2,800 and €2,000 respectively + slot at ESL Meisterschaft Autumn 2022.
  • 7th-8th place: eSport Rhein-Neckar and PartyDaddlers — €1,400 and €1,600 respectively + slot at ESL Meisterschaft Autumn 2022.
  • 9th-10th place: RIZON and Berzerk — €800 and €1,400 respectively + slot for ESL Meisterschaft Spring 2022: Relegation.
  • 11th-12th place: EPIC DUDES and touch the crown — €400 and €1,200 respectively.
