An English-language analytics studio IEM Katowice 2022 is presented
/Tournament operator ESL, responsible for holding IEM Katowice 2022, has presented the composition of the English-language championship analytics studio. The event itself will be held from 15 to 27 February in Poland.
The tournament will be hosted by stunna, Freya, and DarfMike, with the latter already running the analytics studio last year at IEM Katowice 2021. The championship will be hosted by many well-known coaches in the past, including kassad and YNk, as well as Allan, who currently runs Endpoint. They will be accompanied by other renowned analysts Maniac, Bleh, Mauisnake and Professeur.
An equally intriguing line-up of commentators, among which such mastodons of the scene as moses, launders and SPUNJ stand out. Heccu and Pala will be interviewing the players during the championship.

Recall that IEM Katowice 2022 will start from the Play-In stage, where 16 teams will fight in a double-elimination bracket. From here, only eight teams will advance to the next stage of the competition, where they will meet with the first seeded teams.

The eight strongest teams at the end of the season received direct tickets to the group stage of the championship. They were Natus Vincere, Gambit Esports, G2 Esports, Team Vitality, Heroic, Virtus.pro, FURIA Esports and Team Liquid.

IEM Katowice 2022 will take place from 15 to 27 February in Poland. The playoffs of the championship will take place in the LAN format at the Spodek arena. The main prize fund of the tournament is $1,000,000.
