Following the completion of the group stage, the BIG Academy team reached the finals of WePlay Academy League Season 3. The German team took the first place in Group A, thereby guaranteeing themselves participation in the final stage of the tournament in Kiev. At the same time, we are summing up the results of the penultimate day of the group stage of WePlay Academy League Season 3.

Confrontation between fnatic Rising and BIG Academy

The game day began with a series in which everything could be decided in advance. The confrontation started on the Inferno map, where the German team had an advantage for a long time. However, in the very ending, BIG Academy relaxed, thereby allowing the opponent to level the score. In overtime, Fnatic Rising did not let go of theirs, thereby gaining an unexpected victory on the favorite of the group - 19:17.

The second game of the series took place on the Vertigo map. Here BIG Academy finished the first half again with a good lead, leaving the chances for further development of success. However, after the changeover, the German team relaxed again, while Fnatic Rising began to gain momentum, showing exemplary defense. As a result, a convincing victory for regali and the company, which changed nothing in terms of tournament layouts - 16:12.

Confrontation between Young Ninjas and NaVi Junior

The final confrontation of Group A started on the Mirage map. However, the Swedish team quickly seized the advantage, virtually not giving the opponent a chance. In turn, NAVI Junior made too many mistakes, over and over again missing the chance to get closer to the opponent. As a result, Young Ninjas took points very easily on the first map, approaching the favorite of the standings - 16:12.

The second game of the series took place on the Inferno map. It seemed that this time the game would give more intrigue, as the teams showed two equal halves, naturally going to overtime. However, here the Swedish team skated over the opponent, registering the second victory in the series - 19:15.
