The BLAST Premier Spring Final 2023 will mark the first half of the season and will also be the final tournament of the BLAST Premier Spring Series. It will bring together the best team partners, as well as the strongest teams from Showdown, the traditional qualifying event.
The BLAST Premier Series has been around since 2020, but has become one of the leading events on the competitive scene. The main feature of these major CS:GO tournaments is the presence of regular members - the partners. They are used to win entries to the regular season, but the organizers also offer opportunities for second-tier teams.
BLAST Premier Spring Final 2023 will take place June 7-11 in Washington at the Entertainment & Sports Arena. Eight teams from Europe, CIS and North America will compete for a combined prize pool of $425,000, ranking points and a trip to the BLAST Premier: World Final 2023.

History of the BLAST Premier Series
The BLAST Premier Series was born at the beginning of 2020 as a response to increased competition among competitive leagues. Thus, BLAST Premier became a direct competitor to ESL Pro League and FLASHPOINT.
However, the first season didn't go well, as the coronavirus pandemic began, affecting many aspects of the scene, including the possibility of holding LAN tournaments.
However, the following year the organizers succeeded in implementing their plans, although they were still running their tournaments in the online format.
It was then that the BLAST Premier Series took its final shape, including two seasons in one year: Spring and Autumn. Each season included a group tournament, qualifying Showdown and finals. At the end of the year, there was a final event with a prize of $1,000,000.
BLAST Premier Spring Final 2023 format
The tournament will start with a group stage which will be played in a GSL format. Here, the eight participants will be divided into two groups, that is, four teams in each. Three of the quartet will make the play-offs while the teams in the group stage will leave the tournament.
The quartet winners will advance directly to the semi-finals of the BLAST Premier Spring Final 2023, while the second and third place teams will form the quarter-final pairings.
The championship play-offs will be played in a Single-Elimination format with no margin for error. All matches of the event will be decided by BO3 (Till 2 wins).
