World Championship 2025 Supports Tier-List

The tournament that every League of Legends fan eagerly awaits each year — and the ultimate goal for every professional player — the World Championship (Worlds). This year’s competition is tougher than ever: every team is ready to showcase their full potential and prove how much they’ve grown throughout the season. That’s why we decided to create our own tier lists for players by role.
Our list is based on each player’s individual form, their team’s performance during the current season, and their career achievements. However, as with any ranking, there’s also an element of subjective opinion. If you have your own version of a tier list, feel free to share it — we’d love to compare.
Now, let’s move on to the World Championship 2025 Support Tier List.
Gen.G Duro

For Duro and the entire Gen.G roster, this year has been nothing short of incredible. They’ve won nearly every regional and international championship they’ve participated in. The only setback was at the start of the year, when their loss to HLE in the LCK Cup 2025 Finals prevented them from attending the First Stand Tournament — and honestly, I believe they would’ve claimed that title as well.
- LCK 2025 Season – 1st place – Gen.G 3:1 Hanwha Life Esports
- Esports World Cup 2025 – 1st place – Gen.G 3:2 AG.AL (Anyone’s Legend)
- 2025 Mid-Season Invitational – 1st place – Gen.G 3:2 T1
- LCK 2025 Road to MSI – 1st place – Gen.G 3:2 Hanwha Life Esports
- LCK Cup 2025 – 2nd place – Gen.G 2:3 Hanwha Life Esports
For Duro, this year has been the most successful of his entire career. Previously, he played for FearX, where the results were far from impressive. So it’s fair to say that Gen.G have done an incredible job developing Duro over the past year.
His best champions include Rakan, Rell, Braum, Blitzcrank, Neeko, and Alistar. The list of champions Duro performs well on is even longer, so Gen.G won’t be facing any drafting issues.
This will be Duro’s first Worlds, meaning that if they win, it will be his first title — and without a doubt, the best year of his career, as Gen.G have completely dominated the professional scene this season.
T1 Keria

For me, Keria is the best support in the world — his gameplay impresses me every single match. The way he makes decisions, moves around the map, and executes both on the micro and macro levels is simply outstanding. I would gladly place him at the very top of the list, but unfortunately, T1 haven’t had the best results this year.
- LCK 2025 Season – 4th place – T1 2:3 Gen.G
- Esports World Cup 2025 – 3rd place – T1 2:0 G2 Esports
- 2025 Mid-Season Invitational – 2nd place – T1 2:3 Gen.G
- LCK 2025 Road to MSI – 2nd place – T1 3:0 Hanwha Life Esports
- LCK Cup 2025 – 5th-6th place – T1 2:3 Hanwha Life Esports
It’s worth noting that Keria is a two-time Worlds champion (2023 and 2024) — a feat achieved by only a handful of players in League of Legends history. He also secured 3rd–4th place at Worlds 2021, 2nd place at Worlds 2022, and boasts numerous regional finals appearances along with a championship win at the EWC 2024.
Some of his best champions include Bard, Nautilus, Braum, Tahm Kench, Alistar, Renata Glasc, and Nami.
Despite this season being quite challenging for T1, they still managed to qualify for Worlds — and as many fans know, T1 is a completely different team once they step onto the Worlds stage.
The only real concern is their first match at Worlds 2025, which will take place on October 14 between T1 and Invictus Gaming. There’s a risk that the team could be eliminated early and finish 17th, which, in my opinion, would be unfair given the caliber of both teams — but that’s a story for another time.
Bilibili Gaming ON

The next player I’d like to highlight is ON, the support for Bilibili Gaming (BLG). For both ON and BLG, this year didn’t start off particularly well. However, after the Esports World Cup, the team decided to make another jungler change — a move that immediately paid off, leading them to secure 1st place in LPL 2025 Split 3. It might have been a one-time surge, but in my opinion, that doesn’t make ON any less of an S-Tier support.
- LPL 2025 Split 3 – 1st place – Bilibili Gaming 3:2 Top Esports
- Esports World Cup 2025 – 5th-8th Gaming 1:2 G2 Esports
- 2025 Mid-Season Invitational – 4th place – Bilibili Gaming 0:3 Anyone’s Legend
- LPL 2025 Split 2 – 2nd place – Bilibili Gaming 1:3 Anyone’s Legend
- LPL 2025 Split 1 – 4th place – Bilibili Gaming 1:3 Top Esports
Among ON’s other achievements are a 2nd-place finish at Worlds 2024 and 3rd–4th place at Worlds 2023. He also boasts numerous victories and finals appearances in LPL regional championships since 2023. We also recommend checking out our World Championship 2025 ADC Tier List — and don’t forget to share your thoughts!
ON’s best champions include Rakan, Nautilus, Rell, Alistar, Nami, Renata Glasc, and Tahm Kench.
Hanwha Life Esports Delight

Closing our S-Tier list is Delight, the support player for Hanwha Life Esports. Overall, it has been a strong season for both Delight and HLE, especially in its early stages. The team looks to be in great shape and ready for the upcoming Worlds. Here’s a look at Delight’s results this year.
- LCK 2025 Season – 2nd place – Hanwha Life Esports 1:3 Gen.G
- Esports World Cup 2025 – 5th-8th place – Hanwha Life Esports 1:2 AG.AL
- LCK 2025 Road to MSI – 3rd place – Hanwha Life Esports 0:3 T1
- 2025 First Stand Tournament – 1st place – Hanwha Life Esports 3:1 Karmine Corp
- LCK Cup 2025 – 1st place – Hanwha Life Esports 3:2 Gen.G
Among Delight’s other achievements, it’s worth noting that he has lifted the LCK trophy multiple times. However, in both of his previous Worlds appearances, he finished 5th–8th — once in 2023 with Gen.G and again in 2024 with HLE.
Delight’s champion pool includes Rakan, Rell, Alistar, Poppy, Nautilus, and Leona.
That said, I personally believe Delight is currently one of the strongest supports in the world and is fully capable of earning a World Championship title in the near future. This year, however, it might be a difficult goal to achieve — I predict HLE will likely finish 3rd–4th.
What do you think? Can HLE make it to the finals this year or even lift the trophy?
Anyone`s Legend KAEL

I would open our A-Tier with Kael, the support player for Anyone’s Legend. A young talent and a Gen.G Global Academy graduate, Kael has shown tremendous growth in his performance this year. Let’s take a look at his achievements this season.
- LPL 2025 Split 3 – 3rd place – Anyone’s Legend 1:3 Top Esports
- Esports World Cup 2025 – 2nd place – Anyone’s Legend 2:3 Gen.G
- 2025 Mid-Season Invitational – 3rd place – Anyone’s Legend 2:3 T1
- LPL 2025 Split 2 – 1st place – Anyone’s Legend 3:1 Bilibili Gaming
- LPL 2025 Split 1 – 2nd place – Anyone’s Legend 1:3 Top Esports
This year, Anyone’s Legend (AG) showed remarkable progress, improving both their individual performance and team coordination. A major factor behind this growth was the addition of two new coaches, including Tabe, who joined in March 2024 and has a proven record of leading various teams to championship titles. In particular, Tabe’s influence greatly impacted Kael’s development, as Tabe himself is a former support player.
For Kael, this year has been the most successful of his career, and Worlds 2025 will mark his first appearance at the tournament — making it even more meaningful for him.
Kael’s best champions are Leona, Rell, Tahm Kench, Renata Glasc, Rakan, Neeko, Bard, and Thresh. This year, both Kael and Anyone’s Legend have been highly competitive, giving them every chance to reach the Worlds Finals.
Invictus Gaming Meiko

Next in our A-Tier is Meiko — an incredibly experienced support who has gone through countless victories and defeats throughout his career. Although recent years, including this one, haven’t been the most successful for him, that doesn’t make Meiko any less of a strong and impactful support.
- LPL 2025 Regional Finals – 2nd place – Invictus Gaming 3:1 JD Gaming
- LPL 2025 Split 3 – 5th-6th place – Invictus Gaming 0:3 Anyone`s Legend
- LPL 2025 Split 2 – 3rd place – Invictus Gaming 1:3 Bilibili Gaming
- LPL 2025 Split 1 – 7th-8th place – Invictus Gaming 1:3 Top Esports
Meiko has played in and won numerous championships — most notably, his Worlds 2021 victory with EDward Gaming. In addition, Meiko has competed in six Worlds tournaments, where he mostly finished in the 5th–8th place range.
This year, things aren’t looking easy for Meiko and the Invictus Gaming roster — their very first match will be against T1, a high-stakes clash that could result in an early elimination and a 17th-place finish.
Meiko’s best champions include Alistar, Braum, Leona, Thresh, Rakan, Tahm Kench, Lulu, and many other champions on which he maintains excellent statistics.
Top Esports Hang

Closing our A-Tier supports list is Hang, the support player for Top Esports. This year, Hang began his journey with Weibo Gaming, where his results were far from impressive. However, after transferring to Top Esports on July 4, his performance improved significantly, and he started securing important victories with the team.
- LPL 2025 Regional Finals – 1st place – Top Esports 3:1 Invictus Gaming
- LPL 2025 Split 3 – 2nd place – Top Esports 2:3 Bilibili Gaming
- LPL 2025 Split 2 – 5th–6th place – Weibo Gaming 1:3 Invictus Gaming
- LPL 2025 Split 1 – 7th–8th place – Weibo Gaming1:3 Weibo Gaming
The player is still quite young but has already participated in two Worlds, finishing 5th–8th both times as part of LNG Esports. Other than several victories and finals in LPL regional championships, he hasn’t achieved any major international titles yet.
Hang’s best champions include Nautilus, Rakan, Alistar, Leona, Braum, Renata Glasc, and Nami.
FlyQuest Busio

Opening our B-Tier is Busio, the support player for FlyQues t. A highly talented and promising support from the LTA region, he has particularly impressed me this year. Busio performed strongly both on the regional stage and showed confidence during international tournaments.
- LTA 2025 Championship – 1st place – FlyQuest 3:1 Keyd Stars
- LTA North 2025 Split 3 – 1st place – FlyQuest 3:1 100 Thieves
- Esports World Cup 2025 – 5th-8th place – FlyQuest 0:2 Gen.G
- 2025 Mid-Season Invitational – 5th-6th place – FlyQuest 2:3 Bilibili Gaming
- LTA North 2025 Split 2 – 1st place – FlyQuest 3:2 Cloud9
- LTA 2025 Cross-Conference – 3rd-4th place – FlyQuest 1:2 100 Thieves
- LTA North 2025 Split 1 – 3rd place – FlyQuest 1:0 Team Liquid
For him, just like his teammate who also earned a solid spot in our World Championship 2025 ADC Tier List, this will be his second Worlds. At last year’s championship, he and FlyQuest finished in 5th–8th place.
Some of Busio’s best champions are Rakan, Leona, Renata Glasc, Rell, Tahm Kench, Braum, and Nami. And, of course, this isn’t the full list of champions on which Busio maintains a positive win rate — which, given the Fearless Draft format, couldn’t be more valuable.
Fnatic Mikyx

Continuing our B-Tier list is Mikyx, who transferred from G2 Esports to Fnatic this season. Throughout the year, the team has shown rather average results, managing to qualify for only one international tournament.
- LEC 2025 Summer – 3rd place – Fnatic 1:3 MKOI
- LEC 2025 Spring – 4th place – Fnatic 0:3 Karmine Corp
- LEC 2025 Winter – 3rd place – Fnatic 2:3 Karmine Corp
In previous years with G2 Esports, Mikyx shone brightly alongside his team, dominating the LEC region by winning championship after championship. He is a highly experienced support who has participated in multiple Worlds events, delivering strong performances each time. His best result was 2nd place at Worlds 2019, followed by 3rd–4th in 2020, and 9th–11th in both 2023 and 2024. It’s also worth noting that he was the MSI 2019 champion.
Despite a slight decline in recent seasons, I still consider Mikyx one of the strongest supports in the LEC, capable of competing with the best players in the world.
Mikyx’s best champions include Rakan, Thresh, Nautilus, Braum, Karma, Gragas, and Leona.
G2 Esports Labrov

Next in our B-Tier is the support player of one of the strongest teams in the LEC region — G2 Esports’ Labrov. Labrov joined G2 only this season, which initially drew a wave of criticism toward the team. However, despite starting the year with several second-place finishes, both G2 and Labrov have shown tremendous growth throughout the season and performed impressively in the latter half of 2025.
- LEC 2025 Summer – 1st place – G2 Esports 3:0 MKOI
- Esports World Cup 2025 – 4th place – G2 Esports 0:2 T1
- 2025 Mid-Season Invitational – 7th-8th place – G2 Esports 0:3 FlyQuest
- LEC 2025 Spring – 2nd place – G2 Esports 1:3 MKOI
- LEC 2025 Winter – 2nd place – G2 Esports 0:3 Karmine Corp
Previously, Labrov played for Team BDS and Team Vitality, where his best results were Top 3 finishes at regional championships. The only Worlds appearance in his career so far was Worlds 2023 with Team BDS, where the team finished 15th–16th without winning a single match. That’s why this year can truly be considered a great one for Labrov.
Labrov has solid statistics on the following champions: Rakan, Alistar, Rell, Tahm Kench, Lulu, Renata Glasc, Blitzcrank.
CTBC Flying Oyster KAIWING

Next on our Worlds 2025 Supports Tier List is a player who has shown incredible growth over the past year after joining CTBC Flying Oyster — KAIWING. This year has been outstanding for him, filled with numerous victories in his region and solid performances on the international stage.
- LCP 2025 Season Finals – 1st place – CTBC Flying Oyster 3:0 Secret Whales
- Esports World Cup 2025 – 9th-10th place – CTBC Flying Oyster 0:1 MKOI
- 2025 Mid-Season Invitational – 5th-6th place – CTBC Flying Oyster 1:3 Anyone’s Legend
- LCP 2025 Mid Season – 1st place – CTBC Flying Oyster 3:2 GAM Esports
- 2025 First Stand Tournament – 3rd-4th place – CTBC Flying Oyster 2:3 Karmine Corp
- LCP 2025 Season Kickoff – 1st place – CTBC Flying Oyster 3:1 Talon
KAIWING has previously competed at Worlds as part of Hong Kong Attitude and PSG Talon. His best result was a 9th–11th place finish at the World Championship. Other notable achievements include 3rd–4th place at MSI 2021, 5th place at MSI 2022, and multiple strong performances in A-Tier regional tournaments.
KAIWING boasts excellent stats on many of the top meta champions: Leona, Braum, Nautilus, Rakan, Rell, Alistar, Bard, and Nami. His extensive experience and versatile champion pool could have a positive impact on his team’s performance and placement at Worlds 2025.
In my opinion, CTBC Flying Oyster are the true dark horses of the tournament. What do you think — does the LCP region have a real chance to rise to the top at Worlds 2025?
KT Rolster Peter

Opening our C-Tier in the World Championship 2025 Supports Tier List is Peter, the support player from KT Rolster. At the start of the year, Peter competed for KT Rolster Challengers, and by June, he was promoted to the main roster.
- LCK 2025 Season – 3rd place – KT Rolster 0:3 Gen.G
- LCK 2025 Road to MSI – 4th place – KT Rolster 1:3 T1
- 2025 Asia Masters – Swiss Stage 1 – 1st–2nd place – KT Rolster Challengers 4:0 Group Stage
- LCK CL Kickoff 2025 – 1st place – KT Rolster Challengers 3:1 T1
The young support has adapted quite well to the S-Tier scene and helped KT Rolster qualify for Worlds. For Peter, this will be his first World Championship. Until this year, he hadn’t achieved any major victories, making the 2025 season the best of his career so far.
However, Peter’s statistics leave something to be desired — many of his champions currently have a win rate below 50%, which could become a weak point for him.
His best champions are Alistar, Neeko, Karma, Tahm Kench, and Elise, while most others fall below the 50% mark.
MKOI Alvaro

Next on our C-Tier list is Alvaro, the support player for MKOI. Overall, he’s a solid performer for a LEC region support, showing strong results in regional tournaments and qualifying for three international events, which marks one of the best achievements of his career.
- LEC 2025 Summer – 2nd place – MKOI 0:3 G2 Esports
- Esports World Cup 2025 – 5th-8th place – MKOI 1:2 T1
- 2025 Mid-Season Invitational – 7th-8th place – MKOI 1:3 CTBC Flying Oyster
- LEC 2025 Spring – 1st place – MKOI 3:1 G2 Esports
- LEC 2025 Winter – 4th place – MKOI 1:3 Fnatic
For Alvaro, this will be the second Worlds of his career, where he previously finished 15th–16th. His results in the past few years have been somewhat weaker, with the most notable achievements being 2nd place at LEC 2024 Winter and 3rd place at LEC 2024 Season Finals.
The most successful champions in Alvaro’s hands are Rakan, Rell, Nautilus, Braum, Renata Glasc, Neeko, and Blitzcrank.
Keyd Stars Trimby

Closing our C-Tier is Trimby, the support player for Keyd Stars. An experienced support who previously competed in the LEC, where he achieved solid results. This year has been less successful for Trimby, but here’s a list of his achievements this season with Keyd Stars.
- LTA 2025 Championship – 2nd place – Keyd Stars 1:3 FlyQuest
- LTA South 2025 Split 3 – 1st place – Keyd Stars 3:0 Red Canids
- LTA South 2025 Split 2 – 4th place – Keyd Stars 0:3 Isurus Estral
- LTA South 2025 Split 1 – 7th-8th place – Keyd Stars 1:2 LOUD
Trimby has previously participated at Worlds, but has never managed to finish higher than 5th–8th place, which he achieved as part of Rogue — now known as Natus Vincere. In addition, he holds a LEC 2022 Summer championship title and has reached multiple finals within the league.
Trimby’s best champions include Rakan, Thresh, Lulu, Nautilus, Rell, Soraka, and Lux.
Secret Whales Taki

Opening our D-Tier in the World Championship 2025 Supports Tier List is Taki from Secret Whales — a young and promising player representing the LCP region. This year’s Worlds 2025 will be the first international tournament for both Taki and his team.
- LCP 2025 Season Finals – 2nd place – Team Secret 0:3 CTBC Flying Oyster
- LCP 2025 Mid Season – 4th place – Team Secret 1:3 GAM Esports
- LCP 2025 Season Kickoff – 5th-6th place – Team Secret 0:2 GAM Esports
Worlds 2025 will be the second World Championship in Taki’s career. Previously, as part of Saigon Buffalo, he finished 19th–20th at Worlds 2022. Another notable achievement for him was securing 6th place at MSI 2022 with the same roster.
Hero pool of Taki: Leona, Rakan, AListar, Rell, Renata Glasc, Braum, Thresh and Karma.
PSG Talon Woody

Next on the list is Woody from PSG Talon. He is one of the most experienced supports in his region, having won multiple championship titles together with PSG Talon — though, unfortunately, all of them were regional. Still, this season turned out quite solid for Woody overall.
- LCP 2025 Season Finals – 3rd place – PSG Talon 1:3 Secret Whales
- LCP 2025 Mid Season – 3rd place – PSG Talon 1:3 GAM Esports
- LCP 2025 Season Kickoff – 2nd place – PSG Talon 1:3 CTBC Flying Oyster
For Woody, this will be the third World Championship of his career, having previously competed in 2023 and 2024, where he and his team finished 17th–18th and 12th–14th, respectively. His other notable achievement includes finishing 7th–8th at MSI 2024.
Woody’s best champions are Nautilus, Alistar, Rell, Leona, Rakan, Nami, Thresh, Renata Glasc, and Braum.
100 Thieves Eyla

Closing our World Championship 2025 Supports Tier List is Eyla, the support player for 100 Thieves. The year started off fairly well for him, with the team showing solid performances in regional championships. However, Worlds 2025 will be their first major international tournament — and without prior global experience, it’s likely to be a real challenge for the squad.
- LTA 2025 Championship – 3rd place – 100 Thieves 1:3 Keyd Stars
- LTA North 2025 Split 3 – 2nd place – 100 Thieves 1:3 FlyQuest
- LTA North 2025 Split 2 – 5th-6th place – 100 Thieves 0:3 Shopify Rebellion
- LTA 2025 Cross-Conference – 2nd place – 100 Thieves 0:3 Team Liquid
- LTA North 2025 Split 1 – 1st place – 100 Thieves 1:0 Cloud9
In 2024, Eyla participated in Worlds 2024 as part of 100 Thieves, where unfortunately the team finished in 17th–18th place. Among his other achievements are multiple victories on the LCS stage with Team Liquid, although international success has so far eluded him.
Hero pool of Eyla: Nautilus, Thresh, Rell, Braum, Alistar, Renata Glasc, Leona, Tahm Kench, Karma, and Lulu.
This concludes our Worlds 2025 Supports Tier List. We’d love to see your own version of the support tier list and hear which team you’re cheering for at the upcoming World Championship, taking place from October 14 to November 9. Enjoy the matches, and may your favorite team lift the trophy above their heads!
