BLAST Pro Series Copenhagen 2019 – What to Expect
Maksym YushytsynCS: GO fans have something to be excited for, as November approaches. Starting from November 2, BLAST Pro Series will take place, this time at Copenhagen, at the Royal Arena. With this, many of them will have the chance to bet on teams on sportsbook, win money or items, and even get to open CS: GO case.

Who Will Participate?
Just like with any eSports event, a number of teams will join the battle, and fight in CS: GO for a chance to win the prize pool. How Much Is the Prize Pool?
This edition of the tournament will have a total prize pool of $250,000 USD. This cash will be spread among the teams that win. The one that takes the 1st place will get $125,000, the 2nd place will get $50,000, and the 3rd will be given $25,000. Conversely, the 4th place will receive $15,000, the 5th will be given $10,000, and the 6th and last one will only get $5,000.
What Is the Format of the Tournament?
The group stage will follow a single Round-Robin format, and each match will be a best of 1. The two teams that end on top will go to the finals. The grand final match is a best of 3 series.
There will also be standoffs, respectively a match over a prize bonus. The team that finishes in the 3rd place will also get to choose a team to go against, but it has to be a team that has a lower place. The team that ends up winning will get a bonus prize of $20,000.
What to Expect?
It’s hard to know who is going to win as of now because all of the participating teams are the best of the best. However, you can be sure that the teams will do their best to win and keep the audience at the edge of their seats too.
Also, you should expect to see Auguste “Semmler” Massonnat attending the tournament too. The event’s Twitter account announced Semmler’s attendance. The only thing unknown is what he is going to do, but people predict he is going to make commentary there.
