SEM9 qualified for Champions Southeast Asia 2022 Finals
/The Champions Southeast Asia 2022 - Malaysia and Singapore has come to an end. At the championship, which was held online from February 25 to April 10, eight teams from Indonesia and Malaysia fought for a prize pool of $100,000, as well as a ticket to the Champions Southeast Asia 2022 Finals. The winner of the tournament was the Malaysian team SEM9, which outplayed RSG with a score of 4:1 in the grand final of the competition.
The tournament for the future winner began with an impressive performance in the group stage, during which SEM9 got 13 wins, and also lost to Upcar Esports once.
As a result, the Malaysian team took the first line in the standings, thanks to which it directly made it to the semi-finals of the competition. Here SEM9 beat Phantom6 (3:1) and RSG (3:0), thus making it to the grand final. In the decisive match, the team again defeated RSG (4:1), thanks to which they qualified for the Champions Southeast Asia 2022 Finals.
