Esports World Cup 2025 — Valorant: Group C Results Recap — NRG Advances to Playoffs, RRQ Await Decider Match

Group C of the Esports World Cup 2025 kicked off on July 8 with confident performances and clear leaders. NRG dominated their path to the playoffs, while Rex Regum Qeon await their opponent in the decider match. Team Heretics and Titan Esports Club now face a do-or-die clash to keep their tournament hopes alive.

Opening Matches (Bo1, July 8)

NRG 13–4 Team Heretics

A statement win from the American squad. NRG completely outclassed Heretics with fast executes and coordinated defense. The 13:4 scoreline reflected their dominance.

Rex Regum Qeon 13–6 Titan Esports Club

RRQ impressed against Titan Esports Club, showing structured play and confident mid-round calls. Their solid win secured them a spot in the Winner’s Match.

Winner’s Match (Bo3, July 8)

NRG 2–0 Rex Regum Qeon

NRG continued their hot streak, securing first place in Group C and advancing directly to the playoffs with a clean 2–0 win.

Despite Monyet’s efforts, RRQ couldn’t break NRG’s rhythm and fell to the lower bracket.

Elimination Match (Bo3, July 9)

Team Heretics vs Titan Esports Club

Scheduled for 12:15 CEST, this is a must-win match. The loser will be eliminated, while the winner moves on to face RRQ in the decider.

Decider Match — July 10

The winner of Heretics vs Titan will play against RRQ for the second and final playoff spot from Group C.

The Esports World Cup 2025 is a Valorant championship organized by the EWC Foundation and ESL FACEIT Group. The tournament will feature 16 teams competing for a total prize pool of $1,250,000. The event will take place in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia.
