Natus Vincere has announced that GianFranco Koalanoob Potestio has been moved to the inactive roster in VALORANT. The organization shared the news on its social media channels.

The decision comes after the results of VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 1, where the team failed to advance beyond the group stage. Koalanoob is now listed as a restricted free agent and is open to considering offers from other organizations.

"Following the conclusion of Stage 1, we have decided to move Koalanoob to the inactive roster. At this moment, he is open to negotiations regarding his future career. We are grateful for his dedication and hard work during his time with NAVI and wish him the best moving forward," the organization stated.

The Canadian player joined NAVI in December 2024. During his time with the team, he participated in several tournaments, including VCT 2025: EMEA Kickoff and VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 1. One of the few bright moments was the victory over Team Liquid during the Kickoff event, which allowed NAVI to advance to the play-in stage. However, overall, the team struggled to secure a consistent position among the leaders of the European region.

At this point, it's still unknown who will replace Koalanoob on the main roster. NAVI is likely evaluating different options to strengthen the team ahead of the upcoming stages. Whether the team will be able to finalize a new teammate before VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 2 remains uncertain — the questions are many, and time is running short.
