Paper Rex has advanced to the playoffs of the VALORANT Champions 2023 tournament
In the VALORANT Champions 2023 competition, the team Paper Rex defeated their opponent EDward Gaming with a score of 2:0 (13:7 on the map Fracture and 16:14 on the map Pearl) and advanced to the playoffs. On the same gaming day, there were two more matches with "elimination" status.
The Team Liquid squad lost to LOUD with a score of 0:2 and was eliminated from the tournament. Now the Brazilian team LOUD will play against the NAVI team to compete for a spot in the playoffs.
The FunPlus Phoenix team lost their match against the T1 team with a score of 0:2 and also exited the competition, finishing in the last place in Group B. The T1 team will face FUT Esports in a match to secure a spot in the decisive stage.

The VALORANT Champions 2023 tournament is taking place from August 6th to 26th in Los Angeles. Sixteen teams are competing for a prize pool of $2.25 million.
