Team Liquid leaving VALORANT Champions 2022

The match between Fnatic and Team Liquid ended with the score 2:0 in favor of the Fnatic team. This defeat for Team Liquid put an end to their performance at VALORANT Champions 2022, they leave the championship having placed in 7-8th place, while earning $40,000 for the team. The Fnatic team goes further, their next opponent will be the loser of the DRX and LOUD pairs.

The first map of the confrontation was Bind, where Fnatic played brilliantly on the attacking side, they won the first half with a score of 9:3. Team Liquid failed to repeat the success of their opponents, they were only enough for 3 won rounds after the switchover. Fnatic 13:6 Team Liquid.

On the Haven map, Fnatic again started for the attack and again successfully, this time they won the half with a score of 7:5. We did not see a normal attack from Team Liquid on this map either, they won only 2 rounds. Today's uncertain performance from Liquid led them to the exit from the main Valorant championship. Fnatic 13:7 Team Liquid.

VALORANT Champions 2022 takes place from August 31 to September 18 in Istanbul at the Volkswagen Arena. As part of the championship, sixteen teams from Europe, North and South America, Brazil, South Korea, Japan, China and Southeast Asia are fighting for a total prize pool of $1,000,000.
