Six Invitational 2021 will be held offline
Ihor MatusUbisoft has shared new details regarding this year's Rainbow Six World Cup. According to the above, the developers are going to hold the Six Invitational 2021 in Paris in the LAN format, but the audience will not be allowed to the event.
The tournament starts on February 9 and ends on the 21st. The participants will fight each other without delay, as it should be in the LAN-format, but despite this, the only way to watch this championship will remain a live broadcast on the Internet.
At the same time, Ubisoft will not disdain the highest security measures and will do everything possible to prevent anyone present from contracting COVID-19. To achieve their goal, the organizers will work with Live Nation, which will prepare for the tournament, as well as with the health agency ACEPS and the medical agency ISMA. The French government will not stand aside and will help Ubisoft keep the Rainbow Six Championship safe by creating a fully controlled environment that will comply with all safety precautions.
Six Invitational 2021 will be visited by 20 teams that during the ranking season have proven that they can be called the best: Spacestation Gaming, Team Liquid, MIBR, Team SoloMid, FURIA Esports and others.
