Elevate became the champion of Asia-Pacific League 2022 - Playoffs - Stage 1

The Asia-Pacific League 2022 - Playoffs - Stage 1 has come to an end. At the championship, which was held online from April 20 to May 5, eight teams from Asia fought for a prize pool of $18,000, rating points, and four trips to Six Charlotte Major 2022. The winner of the tournament was the Elevate team, which in the grand final of the competition was stronger than CYCLOPS athlete gaming with a score of 2:0 (Kafe Dostoyevsky - 8:7; Bank - 8:7).

The team from Thailand started the championship with an unfortunate defeat from CYCLOPS athlete gaming (0:2) in the quarterfinals. However, then the team managed to cope with Knights (2:0), Talon Esports (2:0), Chiefs Esports Club (2:0) and Dire Wolves (2:0) to reach the grand final. In the decisive match, Elevate took revenge on CYCLOPS athlete gaming (2:0), thus earning $10,000.

According to the results of the championship at Six Charlotte Major 2022, CYCLOPS athlete gaming, Dire Wolves, Chiefs Esports Club and Elevate will represent Asia.
