BNK FEARX Crowned Champions of the 2025 ASI Grand Finals
BNK FEARX have emerged victorious at the 2025 Asia Invitational, defeating DPlus in a thrilling five-game Grand Final to claim the championship title. After an intense back-and-forth series, FEARX managed to secure the win on the decisive final map.
The Asia Invitational 2025 (ASI) took place from October 6 to 12, featuring eight invited teams from the LPL, LCK, and LCP. The tournament began with a Bo3 group stage, followed by a Double Elimination playoff and a Bo5 Grand Final.
An outstanding performance by BNK FEARX. In the Upper Bracket Semifinals, they faced DPlus and lost 0–2, dropping to the lower bracket. There, they encountered a dangerous opponent in Weibo Gaming — but neither Weibo Gaming nor the following two challengers, Nongshim RedForce, posed a real threat, as FEARX defeated both teams 2–0. These victories led them back to face DPlus in the Grand Final, where they claimed a stunning revenge victory.
The 17-year-old AD Carry from South Korea, Diable, earned the most MVP of the Game awards at the Asia Invitational, with a total of seven MVPs throughout the tournament.
The total prize pool for the event was ¥1,500,000 CNY (approximately $210,830 USD), with FEARX taking home ¥600,000 ($84,331.85 USD) for their championship win.
