Game 1 was a perfect example of when a team plays recklessly — and it actually works. DRX went all-in with aggression from the start, constantly forcing fights even in less favorable positions. They managed to secure dragons, Atahan, and even Baron right under Dplus’s nose — all without holding a clear lead. Their high-risk approach could have easily resulted in a fast defeat, but they stuck to their plan, and it paid off. The first map went to DRX.
In Game 2, Dplus focused their draft on building a strong bot lane and efficient scaling. Their powerful duo lane prevented DRX from playing freely and limited the jungle’s impact. Dplus didn’t rush anything — no reckless dives, even when there were windows. Instead, they slowly built up a lead, and after a few successful teamfights, that small advantage turned into full map control, leading to a clean win.
Despite an even scoreline in Game 3, Dplus looked far more confident. They broke away from their earlier passive style and began playing much more actively across the map — one of the key factors in their final victory.
A special mention goes to ShowMaker, who made a huge impact throughout the series. On the final map, his performance on Sylas was especially dominant, making him the undisputed MVP.
This win brings Dplus to a 12–9 record, allowing them to solidify their position at the top of the Rise Group. Unfortunately for DRX, this marks their 15th loss against just 6 wins — making every upcoming match crucial, as further defeats could push them closer to tournament elimination.
