LEC Spring 2025

The LEC Spring 2025 Regular Season has officially come to an end! Today’s matches finalized the standings and confirmed the playoff participants. But let’s break down what happened on the final day and how it all unfolded.

The first match of the day featured GIANTX vs Team Heretics — a crucial battle for both sides. With playoff hopes on the line, both teams gave it their all, but GIANTX proved to be the stronger team by far, securing a clean 2-0 victory.

This loss pushed Team Heretics down to 6th place in the standings. However, the drama isn’t over yet — there’s still one more match to be played for the final playoff spot. Both Team Vitality and Team Heretics are now tied for 6th, which means we’re getting a tiebreaker to determine who claims the last ticket to the playoffs.

The second match of the day had no impact on the standings. MKOI had already locked in their playoff position regardless of the result, while Rogue were guaranteed to be eliminated even if they won. Still, MKOI didn’t hold back — they delivered a confident 2-0 win and secured 3rd place in the final standings.
