The first two matches of the upper bracket playoffs in LCS Spring 2024 have concluded. Here are the results of these matches.

Result of the match 100 Thieves vs Cloud 9:

This confrontation ended in a quite unexpected manner for fans of competitive League of Legends. The underdog, Cloud 9, without any chances, outplayed 100 Thieves and concluded the match with a score of 3:0 in their favor. Thus, 100 Thieves have no room for error anymore, and their next opponent will be NRG. The loser of this matchup will exit the championship.

Result of the match FlyQuest Esports vs Team Liquid:

What a tense battle it was. This showdown could have gone either way, with teams exchanging victories on the maps. However, despite all the efforts and endeavors of Team Liquid, their opponent, FlyQuest Esports, managed to gain an advantage in the deciding map and put an end to the bo5 series. FlyQuest Esports win their first match in the playoffs with a score of 3:2.

As a reminder, LCS Spring 2024 takes place in Los Angeles from December 20th and concludes on March 31st. The region's top 8 teams are battling it out for a substantial prize pool of $200,000 and the ultimate prize - an invitation to the Mid-Season Invitational 2024, which will be awarded to the top two teams of the championship.
