T1 emerged as the champions of the 2023 World Championship, securing a decisive 3-0 victory over Weibo Gaming in the grand final.

T1 claimed a substantial prize of $445,000 for their triumph at Worlds 2023, while Weibo Gaming, securing the second position, received a commendable $333,750.

The formidable lineup of T1 included Zeus, Oner, Faker, Gumayusi, and Keria, while Weibo Gaming's roster featured TheShy, weiwei, Xiaohu, Light, and Crisp.

Notably, T1 maintained an impeccable record against Chinese teams in the playoffs of the League of Legends World Championship.

For the legendary Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok, this victory marked his fourth World Championship title, adding to his previous triumphs with SK Telecom T1 in 2013, 2015, and 2016.

The 2023 World Championship unfolded from October 10 to November 19, and organizers have already announced that the upcoming tournament will take place in London.
