The Worlds 2022 group stage is in full swing. Matches for reaching the main stage of the main event of the season continue in New York.

On the night of October 10, 6 matches took place, among which there were games in group A. We will talk about them below.

Edward Gaming and Fnatic played first. Although the match lasted 36 minutes, which can be considered a long fight for the current meta, it was dictated by EDward Gaming, and Viper could be called the headliner of the match, who played the match with a score of 10-1-8.

In the second game of group A, Cloud9 and T1 played. This match turned out to be more prosaic: the North American five C9 did not oppose the South Korean grandee. T1 thrashed C9 18-3.

At the end of the game day, a stalemate has formed in Group A: EDward, T1 and Fnatic share the championship with a score of 2-1 for each team. Out of the race at the end of 3 days of the group stage are C9, who lost all 3 matches and are one step away from guaranteed elimination from Worlds 2022.

Matches in Group A will be paused and will resume on 13 October. On Thursday we will see 6 circular series between all members of the quartet.
