CTBC Flying Oysters sensationally beat 100 Thieves and RNGs outplay Gen.G.

Group D matches closed the first day of Worlds 2022. They also pleased with the most unpredictable outcomes.

The first from Quartet D at the Worlds 2022 group stage was CTBC Flying Oyster against 100 Thieves. The team from Taiwan outclassed the North American 100 Thieves: ADK CTBC Flying Oyster Shunn finished the meeting with a score of 10-0-1, becoming the most valuable player of the match.

In the second match of group D and the last match of the day, the top clubs of China and South Korea played - Royal Never Give Up hosted Gen.G Esports. The team from the LPL, being an outsider, moved the LCK champions in head-to-head bo1. The best was GALA from Royal Never Give Up, finishing the map on Aphelios with a score of 6-1-3.
