Summing up the results of the group stage Mid-Season Invitational 2022

The group stage of the Mid-Season Invitational 2022 has come to an end, following which the teams T1, Saigon Buffalo, Royal Never Give Up, G2 Esports, Evil Geniuses and PSG Talon have advanced to the next stage of the competition. We offer to get acquainted with the results in each group and present the eliminated teams.

Group A

The leader of group A was the South Korean team T1, which won six victories in the group stage and did not suffer a single defeat. The team Saigon Buffalo is on the second line, which twice lost to the leader of the quartet, and also outplayed DetonatioN FocusMe and Team Aze twice each.

Group B

The unequivocal winner of group B was the Chinese team Royal Never Give, which, despite replays, got all six wins and confidently topped the table. PSG Talon are in second place, finishing the group stage with three wins and three losses.

Group C

The winner of group C was the European team G2 Esports, which won eight victories and did not suffer a single defeat. North Americans from Evil Geniuses are on the second line, who, despite four defeats from the leader, outplayed ORDER four times.

The next stage of the Mid-Season Invitational 22 will take place from May 20 to 24. The six remaining teams will compete for four tickets to the championship playoffs.

Mid-Season Invitational 22 takes place May 10-29 in Busan, South Korea. Eleven teams from all over the world are competing for a prize pool of $250,000.
