DetonatioN FocusMe will represent Japan at the Mid-Season Invitational 2022

The LJL Spring 2022 has come to an end. At the championship, which was held from February 11 to April 10 in a mixed format, eight Japanese teams fought for a prize pool of $80,650, as well as a ticket to the Mid-Season Invitational 2022. The winner of the tournament was the DetonatioN FocusMe team, who will represent Japan at the upcoming championship in Busan.

The tournament for the future winner started with an impressive performance in the group stage, during which DetonatioN FocusMe got 19 wins and also lost twice to Rascal Jester. Nevertheless, the Japanese team made it to the playoffs, where they confidently dealt with Sengoku Gaming (3:0) in the final of the upper bracket.

In the decisive match of the championship, DetonatioN FocusMe managed to get a hard-fought victory over Sengoku Gaming (3:2), thus getting into the next Mid-Season Invitational 2022.
