Wildcard Eliminated from The International 2025
Hamburg, Germany – September 7, 2025. In the decisive Elimination Round of The International 2025 (TI14), Wildcard fell 0–2 to PARIVISION and ended their run at the world’s biggest Dota 2 tournament.
Wildcard’s TI 2025 journey in context:
- Group Stage: Wildcard finished 13th with a 2–3 record, which secured them a place in the Elimination Round instead of a direct playoff berth.
- Key Match: Facing PARIVISION in the Elimination Round, the North American squad was defeated 0–2 and forced to exit the tournament.
Wildcard became one of the first teams to leave TI14 before the playoffs began. Their early departure marks a significant setback for North America, as the region loses its only representative and its hopes for success at this year’s International.

The International 2025 is the main tournament in the Dota 2 discipline, organized by Valve. The initial prize pool of The International amounts to $1,600,000, with the remaining funds being raised through in-game transactions. As of this match, the TI 2025 prize pool stands at approximately $2.45 million.
