Heroic Defeat Wildcard Gaming 2:0 at The International 2025 Group Stage

In the group stage of The International 2025, Heroic claimed an important victory by defeating Wildcard Gaming 2:0 in a Best-of-3 series. After destroying outer towers, Heroic secured Roshan and closed out the map with little resistance.

Wildcard Heroes: Earthshaker, Disruptor, Invoker, Phoenix, DoomHeroic Heroes: Gyrocopter, Dawnbreaker, Clockwerk, Enigma, Shadow Fiend

Clockwerk consistently caught key targets, limiting Wildcard’s ability to play their game. Dawnbreaker’s global presence pressured every fight, while Shadow Fiend delivered steady high damage. Gyrocopter once again set a strong tempo, and together with Enigma, Heroic shut down all comeback attempts, sealing the series 2:0.

Heroic demonstrated strong control throughout the series, improving their record to 2–2 in the group stage. For Wildcard Gaming, the 1–3 scoreline leaves their playoff hopes in serious jeopardy.
