On September 4, the main Dota 2 tournament of the year, The International 2025, began. On the first game day, the match PARIVISION vs HEROIC took place, in which the former claimed victory with a score of 2-0. In this article, we will tell you about the most interesting and key moments of the match.

Map 1: unexpected resistance from HEROIC

PARIVISION are among the main favorites to win TI 2025, so they are expected to deliver top-quality play and easy victories. However, in their first match, the team’s performance was not so straightforward.

Both teams started evenly, with approximately the same score and stats. Closer to mid-game, HEROIC pulled ahead, won several great team fights, and gained a 6k gold net worth advantage. However, thanks to their late-game hero picks (Puck and Tinker), PARIVISION managed to turn the advantage to their side. The team gradually evened out the game positions and, despite having fewer kills, secured a lead in net worth.

In the end, PARIVISION still pressed HEROIC down and won at the 66th minute, with a score of 30-37.

Map 2: a victory by class

On the second map, the game scenario was similar to the first. Both teams started evenly. PARIVISION again picked late-game heroes, while HEROIC focused on fast map movements.

By mid-game, PARIVISION pulled ahead. It is worth highlighting the excellent performance from None-, who played Queen of Pain. The player did great on his lane and helped his team in team fights, which also contributed to gaining the advantage. None- achieved the highest net worth and finished with a 9-1-8 scoreline. In the end, PARIVISION claimed a classy victory in 35 minutes with a score of 27-15.
