From April 19, 2025, to April 27, 2025, one of the largest Dota 2 LAN tournaments of the year — PGL Wallachia Season 4 — is taking place in Bucharest, Romania. The tournament gathered 16 of the best teams, competing across several stages for a $1 million prize pool. As of April 26, 2025, the final matches of the playoff stage are being played, and the first finalist has already been determined — which we will cover in this article.

Main Playoff Highlights of PGL Wallachia Season 4

Eight teams competed in the playoff stage of PGL Wallachia Season 4. Alongside such well-known names as Team Liquid, Team Spirit, and Tundra Esports, NAVI Junior, Aurora, and Team Tidebound unexpectedly made it to the playoffs. Although these teams didn't perform as strongly at this stage, they are still worth mentioning. As a result, the top six teams are Aurora Gaming and Team Spirit, while Tundra Esports, Team Liquid, Tidebound, and Parivision continue to fight for the championship title.

The First Finalist of PGL Wallachia Season 4

The highlight of the day on April 26, 2025, was the Upper Bracket Final between Team Liquid and Parivision. The teams clashed in an exciting Bo3 series to determine who would be the first to secure a spot in the Grand Final. The match was very close, but in the end, PARIVISION emerged victorious with a 2-1 scoreline. Team Liquid now drops to the Lower Bracket Final, where they will face the winner of the Tundra Esports vs. Team Tidebound match for a place in the Grand Final of PGL Wallachia Season 4.
