NAVI's First Victory at PGL Wallachia Season 3
From March 8 to March 16, 2025, one of the biggest Dota 2 LAN tournaments of the year, PGL Wallachia Season 3, is taking place in Bucharest, Romania. The tournament features 16 teams, half of which received direct invitations from the organizers, while the other half qualified through regional qualifiers. Among the participating teams are the legendary Natus Vincere, who secured their spot by winning the Eastern European qualifiers. Three rounds of the Group Stage have already been played, and in this article, we will tell you how NAVI has performed so far.
A Disappointing Start
Despite the high expectations from their fans, NAVI had a rough start in the Group Stage of PGL Wallachia Season 3. In the first round, they faced Team Liquid, who dominated the series and secured a 2-0 victory against NAVI.
In the second round, Born to Win showed some improvement but still fell short against Nigma Galaxy, losing 1-2. This defeat placed them in the 0-2 bracket, meaning one more loss would result in elimination from the tournament.
The First Victory
On March 10, 2025, the third round began, where Natus Vincere faced off against the young Peruvian team Mosquito Clan. Unfortunately, NAVI started poorly, falling behind 0-8 early in the game. However, thanks to well-coordinated team fights, they managed to turn things around and secured the first map.
The second game was even more intense and lasted 56 minutes, but in the end, NAVI emerged victorious. While many considered them the favorites, Mosquito Clan put up a strong fight and made the match highly competitive.
NAVI’s Future at PGL Wallachia Season 3
After defeating Mosquito Clan, NAVI now holds a 1-2 record, making their upcoming matches decisive. Since the Group Stage consists of five rounds, and three wins are required to advance, NAVI must win their next two matches to stay in the tournament.
