All the teams from the top 6 of The International 2024 are revealed: Xtreme Gaming beats Aurora

The third round of the lower grid play-offs of The International 2024 is over, with Xtreme Gaming defeating Aurora 2-0. The Chinese team showed a bright game and an advantage on the draft stage.

The first map was completely under the dictation of Ame and his teammates. XG defeated their opponent in 38 minutes without any problems. On the second map Aurora approached the second map more organised in terms of peak and sometimes their bunch of main heroes in the form of Lycan, Storm and Spectre gave the desired result, but in the end the Chinese team in the form of Faceless Void, as well as Sniper were stronger.

The victory on two maps in a row takes Xtreme Gaming to the quarter-finals and ensures the team's place in the top-6 of the Dota 2 World Championship. Aurora, in turn, leave the tournament in Copenhagen and take the 7th-8th place in the standings. Jabz and his team have guaranteed themselves at least $63,172 in prize money. Next we move on to Team Liquid and Cloud9.
