Your humble servant is quite dismayed, gentlemen...
Team Hryvnia, which reached the finals of the DreamLeague Season 23 open qualifier, having surpassed teams like JustBetter and Monte, lost 1-2 to the Rest Farmers team.
And this, despite an excellently played first map! Team Hryvnia seemed invulnerable, a sensation seemed imminent... The Hryvnia was solid as a rock, as if it was trading at 8, or even 5 (those who understand, will understand)...
Yet, Rest Farmers proved stronger in the following two maps and rightfully advanced to the closed qualifiers. Perhaps in the first map, they simply underestimated their opponent? Who knows...
But perhaps that's the beauty of open qualifiers. There are surprises, there are dramas... And, darn it, where else will you see a match like Team Hryvnia - Credit x Debit?! It's simply magnificent!
