GAMERS GALAXY: Dota 2 Invitational HatYai Thailand 2022 Announced

The tournament operator Galaxy Racer announced on social networks the GAMERS GALAXY: Dota 2 Invitational HatYai Thailand 2022 championship. This tournament will become part of the Invitational Series Thailand 2022 event series.

Teams from Southeast Asia will take part in the tournament, and the championship itself will be a warm-up before The International 2022: Southeast Asia Qualifier. GAMERS GALAXY: Dota 2 Invitational HatYai Thailand 2022 will be held from August 18 to 20 this year. The prize fund and its distribution are currently unknown, but the organizers have named the participants of the upcoming championship and the venue.

The venue for the event will be the city of Hat Yai in Thailand, near the border with Malaysia. The format of the tournament and matches has not yet been announced.

Recall that The International 2022: Southeast Asia Qualifier will be held from August 3rd to 18th this year. 16 teams that did not qualify directly for TI 2022 will compete online for a single slot at The International 2022. 2nd and 3rd place finishers will have the opportunity to play the Last Chance Qualifier.
