DPC WEU TOUR 3 SUMMER 2022: OG vs GAIMIN GLADIATORS

In the third week of DPC WEU TOUR 3 SUMMER 2021/2022 GAIMING GLADIATORS accepted the call from OG young generation slashers,on the 22th of June, as single soldiers of the Ist DIVISION on the WEU field they showed us truly dynamic plays.

Despite the 0-2 score, which is classic for OG, Gladiators remind us of old strategy when Alchemist is rushing Aghs for cores.

There is something to speak about.

Let's start from the first game, just imagine, you pick an extremely aggressive hero like Tusk with a TagTeam spell, then Ench with centaur, fat Dawnbreaker and heavily fast Puck as sidelanes controller. Sounds attractive, but not against OG, highly skilled pro players with huge experience on the back scene with NOtail and others.

After the pick stage each viewer understood OG’s strategy with slow and steady farming the whole map till late period, however, it took for them about 15 minutes to destroy the opponent around the map and then finished the game with the classic diving to the fountain. 1-0.

Second game was much brighter because of an old one strategy via Alchemist, seems like Gladiators decided to play for the interest, neither for the result. But something went wrong when the game only started, getting only 3 kills for the 20 minutes destroyed GG’s economy at all.

Final mistake was made when desperate Gladiators tried to kill Roshan, against bzm’s Puck, in narrow pit where everybody from GG’s team gone down. 2-0 for OG.

Confident climbing of DPC’s bracket is keep going, OG’s next opponent much stronger and, in some cases, even experienced. Liquid vs OG is coming in a few days, the contest we should look at if we want to see a dynamic and intense match. The next opponent for Gladiators will be Tundra, which is sad for Seleri and his team in this DPC season.

DPC WEU 2021/2022 tour 3 Division I runs from June 7 till July 13. The total prize of the tournament is 205.000$.
