Champions of The Stockholm Major 2022 OG won against Entity
ІлляAs part of the DPC 2021/2022 Tour 3 of the first division of Western Europe, the most titled team in the world, OG, met against the team that qualified for the first division, Entity, in a bo3 format. Below is a brief overview of the match.
The first map started evenly, even though OG took the first blood, but it did not give much advantage, and both teams went toe to toe. This continued until the 19th minute, until Entity had a great fight with Enigma, killing four opponents in the process. Thanks to good timing, they had a 5k refarm, which continued until the 25th minute, when a won fight near Roshan allowed OG to regain the lost advantage. Then the passive part of the game began, both teams farmed sometimes exchanging heroes, but at the same time, OG gradually took the lead in gold mining.
The decisive fight was at 46 minutes in a small forest near the Entity base, which, although with difficulty, was won by their opponents, thus ending the game with a score of 32-30 and an advantage of 25k gold. Special mention deserves Taiga, who in the decisive fight was able to knock down the Enigma procast with his ultimate.
The second map was less interesting for me, having taken the first kill, the OG team at the 15th minute already had an advantage in gold of 8k. After losing a few small skirmishes and giving away Aegis without a fight, the players, thanks to the Alchemist pick, were confidently gaining an advantage. Several successful exits in smokes allowed OG players to easily take the next Roshan, and after winning a long fight, drive the opponents under the fountain, after which they easily finish the game with a score of 32-14 and a 32k advantage in gold.
DPC 2021/2022 Tour 3 Division 1 runs from June 7 to July 13 online. Eight teams will compete for a $205,000 prize pool, 1,105 Pro Circuit points, and, most importantly, a pass to the PGL Arlington Major 2022 qualifiers.
