Team Liquid and Gaimin Gladiators will play at ESL One Stockholm Major 2022
Team Liquid and Gaimin Gladiators qualified for ESL One Stockholm Major 2022. A few rounds before the end of DPC WEU 2021/2022 Tour 2: Division I, European teams secured their places at the first full-fledged major of the season.
According to the results of DPC WEU 2021/2022 Tour 2: Division I, the teams secured their place in the TOP-4, being stronger than many other competitors. Note that the remaining teams will compete for the last slot in the Major from their region.
ESL One Stockholm Major 2022 will take place from May 12 to 22 in Sweden at the Hovet Arena Stockholm. The championship will be attended by four teams from Western Europe and China, three teams from Eastern Europe (under question), two teams from North and South America, and three teams from Southeast Asia.
Recall that earlier the organizers changed the format of the ESL One Stockholm Major 2022 — ESL decided to abandon the WildCard stage and direct invitations to the championship playoffs.
