Team Orca became the winner of BTS Pro Series Season 10: Southeast Asia
/BTS Pro Series Season 10: Southeast Asia has ended. At the championship, which was held online from February 6 to March 6, 12 teams from Southeast Asia competed for a prize pool of $50,000. Team Orca became the champion of the tournament, which was stronger than Lilgun in the grand final with a score of 3:1.
The tournament for the future winner started from the Play-In stage, where Team Orca turned out to be stronger than KOBOLDS (2:0), but lost to Motivate.Trust (0:2) in the battle for the slot. However, in the lower bracket, the Malaysian team managed to defeat Yangon Galacticos (2:1), thus making it to the group stage of the championship.
Here Team Orca showed a decent result, taking the final third place with two wins, one loss and five draws. Thanks to the successful performance in the group, the team made it to the semi-finals of the upper bracket, where they beat Polaris Esports (2:1). However, in the final, the team lost to Lilgun (1:2) and fell into the lower bracket. Here the team sensationally outplayed T1 (2:0), making it to the grand final. In the decisive match of BTS Pro Series Season 10: Southeast Asia, the Malaysian team took revenge from Lilgun (3:1), thus becoming the winner of the championship.
