We continue to watch Counter-Strike 2 along with the ESL Challenger Season 46 matches. We are still talking about the top seeding of the group stage, the so-called High Group.

The first round of matches has already started and we already know the names of some participants of the play-offs. However, now the most interesting thing will happen at the bottom, i.e. in the lower part of the grid. There, in one of the matches will play Monte - Sinners Esports.

We are trying to find out who will be stronger in this confrontation and will go to the play-offs of ESL Challenger Season 46, where they will win two tickets to ESL Pro League Season 19.

Monte's form

Initiating the match analysis, let's scrutinize the current form of Monte. Significantly, in this particular matchup, the Ukrainian club is set to compete against the top-ranked team, boasting odds to win at 1.23 on the best CS2 gambling sites.

Before the Long Spring IEM Cologne 2023 held a series of unsuccessful tournaments. They finished top-16 at the next CCT, this time North Europe Series #5, and top-8 at the Elisa Invitational Spring 2023.

Before ESL Pro League Season 18 played a number of local championships. Among them were CCT Series tournaments, where Monte finished in the top 4, and top 2 at CCT North Europe Series #7, and there was also Pinnacle Cup V, where the Ukrainian club again finished in the top 4.

In the debut match at ESL Pro League Season 18 they met with the Germans from BIG. As expected, the match was equal, especially on the first two maps, but the decisive one was very lopsided: 16-5 in favour of BIG and Monte fell to the lower grid.

In the first round of the lower grid Monte played with the nominally weakest participants of Basket B - Australians from Rooster. It looked like they were going to close with a 2-0 score, but it turned out that there was no need to be happy before the time, and Monte Ledge were on the first card, but then cameback, thus turning the series in their favour.

In the previous match Monte played against MIBR. As in all other matches on ESL Pro League, the game was tense and hard, but in the end the Brazilians triumphed.

Next, Monte managed to get through the last chance net. First they outplayed Heroic with a score of 1-2, and then took revenge on MIBR.

After a real success in the group, Monte made it to the first round of play-offs. There they showed a very serious level of play, defeating Fnatic, Complexity and then Vitality. They were beaten by NaVi, winning the semi-finals 2-0.

Before playing at Roobet Cup 2023, Monte played at IEM Sydney 2023, where they showed a pretty good, but not perfect, game. Monte finished the Sydney tournament at the top-8 stage.

Monte played their debut match at Roobet Cup 2023 against OG. They won 2-0, running over their opponents on class.

Monte qualified for the Roobet Cup 2023 play-offs after a solid win over NiP. The match, by the way, was very intense, although it ended 2-0, the two maps were a struggle: 13-11 Overpass, 16-14 Mirage.

In the quarter-finals Monte faced Movistar Riders. The Ukrainian club defeated their Spanish counterparts 2-0. Then there was another victory over Aurora, but in a more difficult match (2-1 in favour of Monte). But the Roobet Cup 2023 grand final was not enough. Monte met Vp, gave a fight, but lost with a score of 1-2.

In parallel with the game at Roobet Cup 2023 Monte played at Thunderpick World Championship 2023, where at the time of writing this betting thread they were waiting for their semi-final opponent.

In the first High Group match at ESL Challenger Season 46, the team played against a tough French ѕtask Looking4Org. So tough that those won with a score of 2-1.

Mapule Monte

Monte's best map is Ancient. There Monte has 7 wins in 9 matches. However, Mirage can also be called a signature choice for the Ukrainian club: it has been played 13 times and won 10 of them.

Things are not bad on Anubis, where Monte has 8 wins and 4 losses.

The worst is Vertigo. There Monte have a statistic of 2-4.

Sinners Esports form

We continue our match analysis with a look at the Sinners Esports form. In this match they will play as the outsider of the match with odds to win at around 3.9.

The Czechs are having a very active year. I wouldn't be lying if I said that they play absolutely everywhere they can. This includes various qualifiers, B-Tier tournaments and local andVent tournaments.

The most successful period can be called the first half of the year, namely the period between March and May. SINNERS earned two championships and two top-4 finishes: they won the Tipsport Cup Prague Spring 2023: Online Stage and Tipsport Cup Bratislava 2023: Online Stage, the top 2 at the Tripsport Cup Prague Spring 2023 and the top 4 of CCT Central Europe Series #6. As you can see, almost all local Czech championships, but as they say, what's rich.

The Czechs continued to be active, but the results were more modest. At more famous championships like CCT series tournaments they were mostly in the "middle".

Before participating in ESL Challenger Season 46, SINNERS played at Majstrovstva SR 2023, Tipsport Cup Prague Fall 2023: Online Stage and Tipsport Cup Prague Fall 2023, as well as CCT North Europe Series #8. The first three events did well: top-4 and even silver at Tipsport Cup Prague Fall 2023, but CCT North America Europe Series #8 was top-16.

ESL Challenger Season 46 is going well for SINNERS so far. They finished in the top 2 of their group, Ledge only behind APEKS.

In the top seeded group they debuted with a match against 9INE. Expectedly they lost, without a fight.
