Details of the closed qualifiers to EPICENTER 2017 were announced
Organizers of the championship EPICENTER 2017 have given invitations to the closed qualifiers in the European, North American and CIS region and have promised to reveal participants of the Chinese qualifiers a bit later. Also, teams have already been distributed by groups.
All matches of the group stage of the closed qualifiers will be run in a GSL system and matches start on September 13 and will last until October 3. Two best participants from each group will go to the playoff stage, where they will see a double-elimination bracket.
The winners from each region will go to Saint-Petersburg, where two slots will be up for grabs in Wild-Card at the main stage.
