ESL Pro League Season 14: OG and forZe become leaders in group B

The second round in Group B has come to an end, which means that the time has come to recall the highlights of three interesting matches.

The game day opened with a meeting between the G2 and OG teams. After a disastrous match with Sinners, the Balkan-French were eager to return to the big game. However, through the efforts of mantuu, OG showed an unrivaled defensive play on Mirage, thus leading the score - 16:10. Next came the map Inferno, on which G2 has been good lately. However, all good things disappeared somewhere after the starting rounds, because OG, this time with the efforts of flameZ, gave a series of rounds, quickly galloping forward. With such a G2 could not cope, with the result that the team was content with the defeat and another defeat.

Next up was the CIS derby, in which Virtus.pro and forZe took part. Already on the first map, it became clear that the "bears" had poorly prepared for the championship, since forZe players quickly took the initiative and finished the map with a comfortable advantage - 16: 7. Dust 2 developed in a more equal manner, until Virtus.pro adjusted to the rhythm and pulled out the ending - 16:13. The decisive card developed again in the struggle; however, the "bears" played too much in time and missed the economic situation, which was quickly taken advantage of by the forZe players, having recorded the final victory - 16:12.

In the evening we watched a meeting between Sinners and Complexity. The Czech team clearly wanted to get another three points, while the Danes were clearly struggling with themselves, given the defeat on the tour earlier. However, the match developed according to the favorite's scenario, since this time the ideas of oskar and the company did not work. As a result, Complexity quickly adjusted to the opponent, first taking Vertigo (16:12), and then the Nuke card (16:14).
