DreamHack Masters Spring 2021: BIG and Heroic will fight each other for reaching the final of the Group B Upper Bracket
All matches in the upper brackets in the two groups have come to an end. In the last two matches, BIG beat FURIA Esports with a score of 16-6, while Heroic beat paiN Gaming with a similar result, that is, also with a score of 16-6. The losing squads will fight each other in the lower bracket. BIG and Heroic will compete to reach the final, where the winner of the Astralis vs Complexity Gaming match will await them.
Earlier, four new game pairs were formed in Group A: Gambit Esports vs G2 Esports and NAVI vs Virtus.pro in the upper bracket, and Team Fiend vs Team Spirit and mousesports vs FaZe Clan in the lower bracket.
Right now, Team Fiend and Team Spirit are fighting each other in a Bo3 duel.
Six teams will advance to the playoffs. Only three teams from each group will be able to get into the final part. The teams that showed the best result in their eight will start their way right away from the semi-finals, while the rosters that took 2-3 places in the groups will go to the quarterfinals.
